The Punch is available in four variants – Pure, Adventure, Accomplished and Creative.
Tata Motors has announced that the Punch will be officially launched on October 18, 2021.
The Tata Punch is based on the Agile Light Flexible Advanced (ALFA) Architecture. The car is available in four variants – Pure, Adventure, Accomplished and Creative.
The Punch features a rugged look with short overhangs and a Harrier-like front fascia. It rides on 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. On the interior, the car gets a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, automatic climate control, cruise control, 7-inch digital instrument cluster, among other features.
The Punch is powered by a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 85 BHP and 113 Nm, while transmission options include a 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT. The latter gets a traction mode for slippery conditions. The engine also features a start / stop function and has drive modes.
