Question Time host Fiona Bruce will be joined by Conservative MP Mims Davies, Labour MP Jon Ashworth, Liberal Democrats MP Ed Davey, Telegraph journalist Camilla Tominey and entrepreneur Bejay Mulenga. Responding to the lineup, fans accused the BBC of neglecting some political parties. Twitter user @EcoVegDan said: “So the week before local elections across the country, you don’t have the Green party on, but you do have a party that polls similar? Hardly fair, but also not unexpected.” Another user, @inverness1985, pointed out that the SNP was also not being represented on the show despite being the third-largest party in Westminster. The show will be broadcast from Romford tonight at 10.40pm on BBC One.

Meet the panel: Mims Davies

Joining the Question Time panel tonight is Conservative MP Mims Davies.

Ms Davies has been an MP since 2015, first for Eastleigh and now for Mid Sussex.

She is a minister for Employment and served under Theresa May as Minister for sport, civil society and loneliness.
