Cricket: Singapore-born Tim David hopes stint in Indian Premier League will motivate local players

SINGAPORE – Cricketer Tim David, who plays for the Republic’s national team, has played in many leagues all over the globe, including in the Pakistan Super League, Australia professional Twenty20 competition the Big Bash League and the Caribbean Premier League.

He also recently featured for the Southampton-based Southern Brave in The Hundred competition and for Surrey in the Royal London One-Day Cup.
