The model, who had made a $3million fortune from selling racy content, said she killed Obumseli to save herself.

Prosecutors claim she was in fact the abuser in the troubled relationship and stabbed him in a fit of rage.

Speaking about the relationship her father Kim said: “It was very toxic. I knew from the beginning that he wasn’t treating her correctly…There were many things that a father who loves his daughter very deeply shouldn’t have to put up with.”

He claimed Clenney had resorted to the bottle as her life slowly unravelled.

“She had been traumatized for quite some time,” he said.

“But especially after April 3. She was drinking heavily.”

The father said Clenney had transferred him a whopping $1,184,000 as she was no longer able to manage her swelling bank balance.

The prosecution, however, claim she wanted to hide the funds shortly after slaying her partner.

“I thought the prudent thing to do would be to transfer the money into one of our dormant accounts, and safeguard it that way,” her father said.

“I’m actually f—ing not having a good day where I actually, literally f—ing want to kill you,” she is heard saying in a phone call.

“But you don’t take me seriously.”
