A pregnant Brit who was jailed over an unpaid fine while holidaying in Spain says she is terrified of giving birth in prison.
Jamielee Fielding, from West Lothian, Scotland, was issued a £336 fine after getting into a drunken altercation in Malaga last year.
The mum jetted off to Tenerife but was arrested when she touched down on the Canary Island in August.

She was slapped with a four-month jail sentence and is set to give birth in eight weeks, the Sun reports.
The mum says she has settled the debt but is still having to serve her time behind bars. Jamielee is now begging the UK for help in a last-ditch bid to welcome her baby back home.
The mum told the BBC: "I can't contemplate having her here on my own in a foreign hospital and not speaking the language.
"I want to have a safe birth and make sure she's healthy.
"I'm hoping for a miracle but I'm going to have to get used to the idea because the way things are going, it doesn't look like there's going to be anyway of me getting back home to have her."
SNP MP Hannah Bardell has pleaded for support to be given to her constituent to try and get her home safely.

She said in the House of Commons: "Can we have a debate on the treatment of British citizens in Spanish prisons?
"My Livingston constituent Jamielee Fielding is nearly seven months pregnant and has gestational diabetes, but despite having paid the fine, the Spanish authorities in Tenerife are holding her, removing vital food and medication, and breaching her human rights.
"She has a very short window to get home to have her baby.
"Would the Leader of the House press the Foreign Secretary to help get Jamielee home, and to meet me so that I can do everything I can to make sure that she is safe, healthy and home as soon as possible?"
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office has been contacted for comment.
