Questions have been raised after wife Meghan Markle was mysteriously pictured at a gala event without her engagement ring on.
The Duchess of Sussex was spotted at the Women of Vision award ceremony in New York overnight (May 16), where she was given an accolade for her work in feminism.
And while she was there, it was quickly noticed that she was not wearing her eye-wateringly expensive £140,000 diamond engagement ring given to her by Prince Harry.

Oddly, this isn't the first time the ring was nowhere to be found, according to the Daily Mail.
For she was also seen without it in Los Angeles during a stroll earlier this month.
Although her wedding ring was on, the whereabouts of the engagement ring is currently unknown.
The ring was designed by Harry, and features a three-carat cushion cut centre diamond bought from Botswana.
It also features diamonds formally owned by the-late Princess Diana, and was later redesigned in 2019 to feature a new gold band with set micro-pave diamonds on it.

Speculating on the disappearance, the experts at Royal News Network claimed that it has nothing to do with any potential relationship issues between the controversial pair.
They said: “She wants a bigger and better stone.
“Sadly for Harry, his design was never good enough.
“She didn’t like Harry’s original design.
“Despite his pride at making it, she changed it as soon as she could.

“She changed it within a year so there are pave diamonds around the band of her engagement ring, and now I think Meghan wants a bigger and more impressive diamond – she may even ditch the small stones that belonged to Diana and make them into a different piece of jewellery.
“To be this dissatisfied after just five years says a lot about Meghan.”
