Tributes have poured in for a "beautiful" 11-year-old girl killed in a jet ski crash.<\/p>\n
Yagnmur Koseoglu was on holiday in Turkey with her family and was on the back of her dad's jet ski when an another of the water-bound vehicles smashed into them on August 12.<\/p>\n
The tragic child was killed instantly and two men have now been arrested in connection with the incident.<\/p>\n

Her uncle, Mehmet Goren, spoke out yesterday (Saturday, August 26) to pay tribute to the girl, claiming she was "always smiling".<\/p>\n

"She was so happy all the time," he said. "She had loads of friends and was really kind to everyone.<\/p>\n
"She loved to sing and she loved her make-up. She was just becoming a teenager and had so much to offer the world."<\/p>\n
Recalling the horrific smash that took his niece's life, he continued: "She had blood pouring out of her face and all over her body. It was traumatic for all of the family."<\/p>\n
He added Yagnmur was "full of life" before her untimely death.<\/p>\n

Two men who were on the other jet ski, aged 25 and 17, fled the scene but were later arrested by a Turkish coastguard.<\/p>\n
The 25-year-old has been released on bail but the 17-year-old remains in custody. They both face manslaughter charges.<\/p>\n
Yagnmur's family is Turkish but she was born in the UK.<\/p>\n
Her father, Okan, runs a restaurant in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, where the family live, while her mum, Gunes, is a social worker.<\/p>\n

Despite now being settled in the UK the family would visit the beach in Ayvalik once a year to visit grandparents living nearby.<\/p>\n
Yagnmur's have also claimed the people who rented the jet skis to them appeared not to be much older than the late child and guessed they were around 12 years old.<\/p>\n
They even alleged the firm continued renting out the vehicles just 20 minutes after the crash.<\/p>\n
Mehmet added: "It\u2019s like this in a lot of Turkey. The state do not interfere with these things.<\/p>\n
"There\u2019s no health and safety."<\/p>\n
