{"id":117113,"date":"2023-08-27T17:49:11","date_gmt":"2023-08-27T17:49:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogcamlodipine.com\/?p=117113"},"modified":"2023-08-27T17:49:11","modified_gmt":"2023-08-27T17:49:11","slug":"car-crash-victim-sent-tragic-final-message-to-boyfriend-before-she-was-killed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogcamlodipine.com\/world-news\/car-crash-victim-sent-tragic-final-message-to-boyfriend-before-she-was-killed\/","title":{"rendered":"Car crash victim sent tragic final message to boyfriend before she was killed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An 18-year-old girl sent a heartbreaking final text moments before a horror crash which she was killed, along with her older brother and two friends.<\/p>\n<p>Siblings, Luke and Grace McSweeney and her two friends, Nicole Murphy and Zoey Coffey all tragically lost their lives on Friday evening (August 25).<\/p>\n<p>The three 18-year-old girls and 24-year-old Luke were all sadly pronounced dead at the scene after the car struck a wall in County Tipperary, Ireland.<\/p>\n<p><b> READ MORE: &apos;Three teen girls and male driver&apos; killed in horror crash on way to exam results party <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Aaron Costin, who had been in a relationship with Grace for two years, received a message on Snapchat before she got into the car.<\/p>\n<p>The 18-year-old recalled checking her location on the app moments before he received a text from a friend stating there had been a crash in that area.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/incoming\/article30793712.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/3_2MIRROR-main-1200x675.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>He was on a night out at the time, and immediately ran to the scene \u2013 but by the time he arrived, the road had been blocked off.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with The Sunday Times, he said: &quot;There was something in me that didn\u2019t want to believe it was their car but I could see the car and then I knew what it was. It was hard.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>He and Grace had last seen each other the day before the crash, they had gone to Carey\u2019s Castle as she had been worried about her exam results.<\/p>\n<p>Aaron recalled the moment the pair met at a party held by their friend Zoey, he described it as the happiest day of his life.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article30799235.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/0_Co-Tipperary-fatal-crash.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<figure data-mod=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/incoming\/article30798002.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s458\/0_ayv.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p> Brit girl, 11, killed in horrifying jet ski crash as &apos;blood poured from her face&apos;<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/s2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/@trinitymirrordigital\/chameleon-branding\/publications\/dailystar\/img\/logo-schema-dailystar.png\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>He said: &quot;She was bubbly, she was friendly. She was there for anyone, whenever you wanted.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHer family made the home very welcoming. She was one of the greatest women I\u2019ve ever met in my life.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Grace and Zoey both attended Presentation Secondary School and received their exam results on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>School principal Michael O\u2019Loughlin said: \u201cNo words can express our sorrow, our pain and our grief. Grace was a gentle and kind person.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe was thoughtful, considerate, and hard-working.
