Seven people were injured in three separate shootings in Denver late Saturday night and early Sunday, with five people shot in a single incident on Market Street, police said.<\/p>\n
The three shootings took place less than three hours apart.<\/p>\n
Just after 11:20 p.m., the Denver Police Department said in a post on X, the social media platform previously known as Twitter, that they were investigating a shooting in the 2000 block of California Street.<\/p>\n
According to an update from the police department, the victim, a juvenile male, is expected to survive and no arrests have been made at this time.<\/p>\n

An hour later, at 12:30 a.m., officers responded to a second shooting in the 1900 block of Market Street.<\/p>\n
Emergency responders transported four victims to the hospital with an unknown extent of injuries and, later Sunday morning, police said they located a fifth victim.<\/p>\n
All five people are expected to survive, and no arrests have been made at this time, according to a post from the Denver Police Department.<\/p>\n
At 1:10 a.m., officers were on the scene of a third shooting — this time in the 5500 block of Kalispell Street — where one victim, an adult man, was transported to the hospital.<\/p>\n
As of 9 a.m. Sunday, Denver police arrested one suspect in connection with the Kalispell Street shooting on suspicion of attempted first-degree murder.<\/p>\n
No other information on the shootings was available from Denver police on Sunday morning.<\/p>\n
