A Telegram post has since labelled the man as wanting to &quot;help&quot; the Ukrainian army. <\/p>\n<p>Water being sent to the Northern Military District has since been contaminated. The man is yet to reveal what his intentions were or how he poisoned the water.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article30989924.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/0_russia-dfJPG.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>An FSB report read: &quot;A resident of the Altai region poisoned the water that was intended for the mobilized. So he wanted to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The FSB reports that the man recorded the poisoning process on video and sent it to the Ukrainians. <\/p>\n<p>&quot;Water was supposed to be sent to those mobilized in the Northern Military District zone, but they did not have time to drink it. The poisoner has already been detained, charges of attempted treason and terrorism have been filed against him. The FSB does not say how exactly he poisoned the water.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Law enforcement has since alleged the man had &quot;radical views&quot; on Russian movements in Ukraine and was urged to &quot;support&quot; the Ukrainian armed forces. Lags are shaved inside the horror jail, located in Central Siberia. <\/p>\n<p>Colonel Yuri Cheremnykh is set to preside over the jail, and was described as a &quot;sadist&quot; by former inmates at the prison.
