Russia is set to be led by a \u201cknightly round table\u201d of Vladimir Putin's allies should the Russian President succumb to his alleged heart attack.<\/p>\n
News broke last night that Kremlin sources were claiming war mad Vlad had fallen ill on Sunday (October 22). According to the General SVR Telegram channel, doctors had to "resuscitate" Putin after he suffered from the heart complication.<\/p>\n
He was then allegedly moved to his official residence's intensive care unit. And just minutes after it was claimed that he was in a \u201cstable and serious condition\u201d, talk has turned to who will run the country if he does die.<\/p>\n

The source claimed: \u201cPeople privy to the current situation from the president\u2019s inner circle held consultations on Monday with representatives of several elite groups, trying to determine the possibility of consolidating into the prototype of a certain 'Politburo' headed by the current Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev and control over Putin\u2019s double, who will 'temporarily' represent the president.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe structure of the supposed compromise between the main elite groups looks very shaky, since everyone sees the possibilities of implementing this idea in their own way.<\/p>\n
\u201cNow a group of representatives of the leadership of the security bloc, led by Nikolai Patrushev, is generously making promises to organise almost a kind of knightly round table, where everyone will have the opportunity to strengthen their positions in governing the country, and all decisions will be made on the basis of consensus.\u201d<\/p>\n

But the source warns that regardless of what shape the leadership of Russia takes should Putin die, it probably won't work because \u201cPutin was the centre of balance\u201d. <\/p>\n
And they also warned that it doesn't really matter who takes over, because it will all just fall apart anyway.<\/p>\n
They added: \u201cAll these beautiful promises, even if they work to unite elite groups, will do so before the first big conflict, which cannot be avoided due to irreconcilable contradictions and an understanding of how a system of power should exist without Putin.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was Putin who was the centre of balance of the system, and no double, of course, can replace him in this capacity. The collapse of the system without Putin is practically a foregone conclusion.\u201d<\/p>\n
