An office providing some of the best views of one of Spain’s most beautiful seaside towns is among the most coveted in the EU.

Alicante is a well-known holiday destination visited by Britons year-round, with its high temperatures and glittering beaches enticing more than three million tourists a year.

The Spanish town’s draw goes beyond holidaymaking, however, as Alicante has persuaded hundreds of thousands to up sticks and make a permanent move to the town.

Among the many draws for those considering growing roots in the Costa Blanca community are the views from local office buildings.

One building in particular has been dubbed the best in the town of just over 300,000, and it is currently occupied by European Union officials.
