A British policewoman has been reportedly "raped at knifepoint" at the base of the Eiffel Tower.
The 23-year-old victim told French police a man with a knife attacked her in the capital city at the Champ-de-Mars shortly before midnight. The knife-wielding perpetrator fled the scene after the rape.
