Lucy Letby has left fellow inmates fuming after she was given new "privileges" in prison, a source has claimed.
The notorious baby killer, who was convicted of murdering seven babies and deliberately harming six more between June 2015 and 2016, was handed a whole-life tariff at Manchester Crown Court earlier this year.
It hasn't been officially confirmed where Letby is locked up. However sources claim she was recently moved from Durham's HMP Low Newton to HMP Bronzefield, a private prison in Surrey where she is kept in a single cell.

Letby has an ensuite shower, a desk and even her own private telly, which is said to have particularly enraged fellow lags โ who can access such privileges, but usually after serving much more time behind bars. Letby has also reportedly been allowed to dye her hair brown and doesn't have a prison job yet.
She even enjoys round-the-clock protection due to the severity of her crimes, the Daily Star previously reported. "Letby seems happy as Larry. She is in a nice cell and on her own," a source told The Sun.
"She is with prisoners who have earned more rights to watch TV, spend their cash and have visits. It is a disgrace and it's no wonder she's been looking so happy. She seems to be being treated with kid gloves because of who she is."

Because of the nature of Letby's crimes, the baby killer has "restricted status" for an inmate. This means she presents the highest-risk threat to the public, similar to Category A for male prisoners.
Mark Leech, a prisons expert and editor of The Prison Oracle website, previously told the Telegraph: "It will be some time before she gets to mingle with the main prison population โ at least six months." With this in mind, it's perhaps no wonder she's given lavish living quarters โ the ex-nurse is expected to spend at least 22 hours a day alone in her cell.
It has previously been suggested Letby has been encouraged by staff to stay mentally stimulated, by reading newspapers, books and watching TV. She is also allowed an hour a day to exercise by walking around the prison grounds.
She is also permitted to receive visitors although these visits are infrequent and monitored by police. She won't be able to receive emails directly but will have access to messages through the Email a Prisoner service. These are vetted and printed by prison staff and cost 40p per email, paid for by Letby's prison cash card.
The baby killer can use the phone, too, but can only speak to named people on a friends and family list and the conversations will be checked by security. Experts have also said it's "extremely unlikely" Letby will ever be given privileges enjoyed by other inmates, such as permission for day releases to go to important events such as family funerals.
A Bronzefield spokesman said it canโt comment on specific cases relating to an inmate.
Letby, 33, is also set to face a re-trial for one count of attempted murder involving a newborn baby girl. She has also applied to appeal all of her existing convictions.
Meanwhile a judge has formally opened a public enquiry into Letby's case. The hearings won't start until next autumn but will examine how the killer was able to murder the seven babies at the Countess of Chester Hospital and the NHS' handling of the case.
