Meghan Markle thinks UK doesnt deserve her as she snubs London visit

Meghan Markle thinks the UK "doesn't deserve her", according to a royal expert.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are said to be planning a joint visit to Germany for the Invictus Games' closing ceremony.

But while Prince Harry is expected to make an appearance in London for a WellChild event on September 7 โ€“ the eve of the first anniversary of the Queen's death โ€“ it seems Meghan won't be popping in despite having attended in 2018 and 2019.

And Dr Tessa Dunlop reckons the move says a lot about about how Meghan views the country she once called home.

"Apparently she is not gracing London with her presence," Dr Dunlop told The Mirror.

"On this occasion, I suspect Meghan's no-show in London says more about her antipathy towards Britain, than the couple's relationship.

"We donโ€™t deserve her, at least so she probably thinks."

And it's not just Meghan Harry won't be spotted with in Britain โ€“ he is also not expected to meet up with any of his royal relatives either.

  • King Charles to make crucial demand in upcoming peace meeting with Prince Harry

It was previously believed the Duke of Sussex was planning to meet with dad King Charles for long-awaited peace talks.

It was even reported the monarch had rescheduled a visit to France to meet with his distant son โ€“ but since then sources have claimed members the Royal Family are unwilling to come to an agreement with the estranged royal.

But a friend of Prince William has since rubbished the rumours, telling the Daily Beast: "Charles wonโ€™t be seeing Harry and nor will William. No chance.

"He feels utterly betrayed by what Harry wrote about him in the book and said about him on Netflix."

The source added William's "worst nightmare" came true with the release of the Duke of Sussex's memoir, Spare, in which Harry accused his brother of getting physical in an altercation between the two prior to the younger sibling's departure from the Firm.

"I think it is completely understandable that right now William is still absolutely disgusted by what his brother has done," the insider added.
